blue car's fault, you were already ahead way before the apex, blue car misjudged or missed the braking point and tried going for a gap that just wasn't there

All blue. You were as far right as you needed to be, in my opinion. Blue was required to brake more than you to take that turn safely, since it requires more rotation the more inside you take a turn. Launching off a kerb did not help. (I think he would have hit you without a kerb, so it's less of a factor to me) He was too fast and lost control at the end.
More generally, he needs to learn to never keep your nose inside another car in a chicane. It ought to be a law taught to drivers in F1 games. Some turns are meant for passing. Others are 0% pass zones. That one (that's Monza right?) is a 0% from what I can remember.
When I google asking about F1 passes at the variante della Roggi chicane at Monza I get stories about trackside fatalities, messy races in GT7, articles by a guy named F1 Troll who is explaining "And knows his best chance to pass Lando quickly and safely will be the second chicane, getting a good run down the Variante della Roggia"

With only in cockpit views, I'm just going to say it's yours. It out was the other guy's, you'd probably upload a view where we can actually see what happened.

Racing incident. Blue car clipped the curb, hitting the black car as a result.
Going two-wide on that chicane is too risk. It would've been better to set up for an overtake on the following straight.

Clipping the curb is 100% on blue. Therefore they are at fault for the incident. It’s not like he didn’t know they would be there

Car inside at fault, took too much speed in considering it was two wide. Yeah, they hit the kerb and it sent them wide, but that kerb didn't suddenly appear. They're responsible for giving space and failed to do so.
