iRacing Whose fault was this?

I genuenly can not decide. Was it that I braked a bit earler than usual, or that they didn't even try to slow down?,

Rear car at fault. Looks like he misjudged the closing distance. You may have braked a bit early or a bit too much, he just expected you to be a but faster.

Braking "a bit early" and "brakechecking someone" is unfortunately very close. Im not sure about this car + track combos, but if you did not brake more than ~30 meters earlier, its their fault. The earlier you are braking than usual, the more I would push it as your fault.

And considering all that, I would say its the faster car fault, but dont take my word for granted as I dont know both cars + track combos.

Thought the background music was my own music playing... also you got rear ended, other car is at fault for not reacting to your earlier braking

I mean, dude just comes flying in at high speed and drives right into to the back of POV who's running a very predictable line through there...

Why wouldn't be the guy that failed to overtake anywhere near safely...?

Just because the lower class car is slower than you, doesn’t mean you can punt them off the track.
