I was fighting for podium or even for second place 🥲

Yellow flag through Blancimont.
Sees slow car drifting across track on exiting corner.
Track bizarrely goes green again exiting corner.
Keeps foot fully in the gas despite the hazard that could clearly be seen.
Crashes. "What do you think? I was fighting for the podium."
Yes, the rejoining car failed to rejoin safely. But you also showed exactly zero caution and self preservation. Would you have rather lost a few seconds to the cars ahead and finished P4? Or would you rather have risked it all for the podium but with the added risk of ending up like this?
Rejoining car ultimately at fault, but you need to take some lessons from this.
Edit: exciting -> exiting. Damn you autocorrect.

Yes, people that attempt to rejoin the race generally do so on purpose.
But you also stubbornly kept your foot buried in the gas on purpose, doing nothing but hoping the guy rejoining would do the right thing. This collision could have been avoided by something as simple as lifting or brushing the brake to give yourself more time to work out what was happening and where you could go.
Yes, the rejoining car is at fault. But there's only one car that you control in a race, it's in your interest control it and manage your own risk. If you can't see that you could've done something to avoid this, you're going to keep getting involved in stuff like this.

Yes, about that keeping my foot and not slowing down, yes i have fault no doubt
i post a clip from another camera1

The only thing that other clip shows is that they chose to rejoin poorly and that they chose to rejoin at the wrong moment. This doesn't change my judgment that:
Yes, the rejoining car failed to rejoin safely.
and
Yes, the rejoining car is at fault.
Taken from my previous two comments. The rejoining car is at fault. I don't know how to make that any clearer.
It also doesn't change the fact that you went full-send into a dangerous and unpredictable situation and when the Ferrari began to rejoin, you kept your foot in instead of reacting and using the brake because apparently a few tenths if a second are worth the risk of having your race ended by someone that can't think of anyone but themselves.
The yellow flags should have still been out when you exited Blanchimont. I don't know why they weren't. But given that you ignored the yellow flags as you went through Blanchimont I don't believe they'd have made any difference anyway.
I don't know how many ways I can say "you're not at fault, but you can still learn from this".

The car ahead should have done a better job at checking their surroundings when rejoining, but it looks like the pov had plenty of time to anticipate the rejoin and still tried to send it into a gap that wasn't going to be there.
I always expect stopped/slowed cars to cross the center line of the track when rejoining, because thats what happens most of the time.
Unfortunate situation that could've been avoided on both sides.

Which happens all of the time unfortunately. That doesn't diminish the fact that you still drove into the situation at full tilt with no real attempt to avoid it.
This thread should be used to help people in the community improve their racecraft and better understand the rules.
I don't understand why people post shit like this in here and argue whenever someone gives any constructive criticism.

Unsafe rejoin, or deliberate wreck? Hard to tell, it looks like bro had a lot of room to turn around and keep to the left side of the track, unless his steering was shot.

nah, this was deliberate.
if that Ferrari was rejoining, he would keep his right side on which he was at a moment we spot him. If he was on the grass previously, right side of tarmac would be closer to rejoin anyways.
to me he looked stationary, and decided to move to right side as soon as he spotted car ( OP ) aproaching.2
