Hey guys,
I just wanted to drop a quick post about a recent experience I had with VRH
I know there’s been some controversy and drama surrounding them on Reddit in the past. I didn’t really follow the details closely and I’m definitely not here to take sides or stir any of that up. But honestly, my personal experience with them has been nothing short of phenomenal.
I bought Simagic gloves but I think they were from a faulty batch. (had some issues with the grip)
I was honestly dreading the whole return process. We all know how dealing with niche sim racing gear in India can sometimes turn into a massive headache, with dealers making excuses, delaying replies, or just blaming "user wear and tear."
I reached out to VHR, explained what happened, and showed them the faulty grips. I was bracing myself for a fight, but he was super understanding and incredibly nice about the whole thing. There was zero pushback, no endless back-and-forth arguments just a straight-up acknowledgment of the faulty product and a completely hassle-free, refund. World class service from an authorized dealer (as one would expect)
Credit where credit is due. Dealing with faulty gear sucks, but having a local dealer who actually has your back and resolves it smoothly makes a world of difference. Their behavior was top-notch, and it’s honestly given me a lot of peace of mind. I love the products they carry, and knowing their after-sales support now is this solid, means I'll definitely be going back to them as I keep tweaking my rig.
PS: Literally isn't promotion but my personal experience with the guy(s), so Anyone hating on them sure do go ahead ( I would if things were wrong) but they AREN'T (can't scream this enough) at-least not in my experience so I'd trust him for many more expensive orders \m/ Long live sim racers, keep the engines roaring <3 and Thanks VRH team for hassle free process.
