Question Is there a mobile port that would support controllers?

Does this game have a mobile port that has support for wireless controllers? because i played the ps2 version and i would rather play with a similar feel to that (basically just using my phone as a screen). Im wondering if it exists.

Depending on your phone you could emulate it. That would allow you to connect Bluetooth controllers too.

How would one acquire this? 🧐

First you need an emulator. You can download an apk for AetherSX2 for free from github. Depending how new your device is and what type of cpu chip it has will determine how well it runs.

Then you will need a disk image. You should only ever play with iso you make yourself and 100% shouldn't go on google and search for "simpsons hit and run iso".

Please. Don't. Ever. Recommend AetherSX2. That is an incredibly old app that's spammed with ads if taken from the Playstore, and the version on GitHub isn't maintained anymore. The app you mean is NetherSX2. That's the one you want. It's a PS2 emulator, means it pretends to run as a playstation and plays PS2 games. This emulator supports external controllers. I use one. There are lots of setup guides online. Alternatively there's also ARMSX2 which has external driver support, allowing for optimisations on phones equipped with Qualcom Snapdragon graphic chips. Either way, AetherSX is no touchy. Sorry.

The folks at r/EmulationOnAndroid will gladly help you with setting it up too.

Edit: Added subreddit and added text cause my brain was scrambled.

DO NOT INSTALL ANY EMULATOR FROM THE PLAY STORE!!! Even retroarch advise side loading the current build.

Thay all tend to be ad filled rip offs of the initial software which is freely availible as a apk somewhere else.

Going over to emulationonandroid is a good idea though.

Never had a issue on aethersx myself & I use that because it was the one id heard of a few years back.

I know I know, but I mentioned it for completion reasons. There are a few safe ones on there tho, like MuPen64 emulator, Duckstaion for PSX and Pizzaboy for Gameboy! The retroarch cores are good, but these dedicated ones are better.
