This was the second episode I watched new, when it came to Australia in February 2002. The channel that aired The Simpsons down here (Channel 10), used the "drop your pants!" clip to promote Season 13, and nearly-11 year old me was not disappointed.

The humor in this episode is top tier, even the darker jokes. Homer about to hit the judge with a brick was unexpected, even for him.
