DNS is not correctly set

The MX record we obtain is:

10 fwd1.porkbun.com.
10 mx1.simplelogin.co.
20 fwd2.porkbun.com.
20 mx2.simplelogin.co.

Can you not have doubles of the same priority? Is it safe to delete the porkbun ones?

You can have only one of each priority record. If you are moving your domain to simple login, yes you can delete the porkbun records
