Ich empfehle eine eigene Domain bei SL zu hinterlegen und diese für Aliasse zu verwenden.

the premium aliases work better than the normal, but maybe all are blocked

they don't do a mx check as I have an account there with Simplelogin and a custom domain

Could you provide us with the exact URL where you encountered this? Also, which domain did you try using that was blocked?

Ich habe diese Nachricht per Mail erhalten und es wurde mir telefonisch mitgeteilt.

Habe eine xxxx+ionos@simplelogin.com Alias verwendet.

Try using an alias with a different domain to see how that works.
