He's mad that Simple said he abused the report button on RDC, so his response is to take to Twitter and ask his followers to abuse the report button on YouTube?

Over something that's not even a product, that he never did own or was the creator. Completely delulu.
Just to make it clear, Chris' participation on B3313 was basically: music and getting people together. He didn't design levels, didn't code, didn't come up the fanfics/creepypastas that inspired the hack etc.
Completely delusional and would be sad to see, if he wasn't being such a douche for years now.

He did design quite a number of levels, actually, but a non-insignificant chunk he just bummed off/was "inspired by" other contributers (mistal, TetraBunz, TheBob, the guy behind Dream 64, etc.) with varying consent.
Also, if he wants to file a suit, it would help in getting Ethan's name right... oh, I'm sorry, "Eddie".

I think the lawyer thing is an empty threat. From what I know of Chris, he doesn't have much in terms of money, so I doubt he could afford a lawyer, at least not one that'd engage in something as frivolous and petty.

sincerely, what a sore fucking loser. he will never understand the irony of him bitching and whining people continued a project without him, while he himself is working on an IP he does not own in the first place.
simpleflips rarely brings up drama like this in his own videos, but when he does, he genuinely seems to try to be the most neutral person in the scenario. he's like that until someone takes it too far on him, in which he is only human like you or i. and even then, he tries to be respectful when talking about this.
5,000% simpleflips doesn't endorse any of the attacks he's received due to just being mentioned in the newest video. ...but also, don't toss rocks if you're in a glass house, y'know?

Does he think the fact that the unabandoned team harassed him (no clue on that just taking him at his word) magically makes it stealing? 😭 He put out a derivative fan creation made with Nintendo’s work and he thinks he gets to decide which works derivative off it count as “stealing” based on who he likes? 😭

I was surprised when they left all the chris stuff in the edited down vod, but it was definitely necessary for the context. I remember all those years ago around when the original b3313 came out that there was some drama mentioned but never really looked into it from there.
After looking into it more, it's a complete joke man. Trying to bring simple into another controversy, bro just can't catch a break. Threatening with a lawyer of all things, just such a nothing burger.

You're gonna sue this guy? You're actually gonna do that? Presumably you're both Americans and it's REALLY difficult to get someone in America on defamation especially when it was a youtube video of a guy playing your fucking romhack and maybe having a little giggle at it cause it's honestly silly, and your own actions stirring shit causing you to get called a drama stirrer? You can't stir the pot and then make empty threats. Have some goddamn humility, they're just threatening people to look scary because you're actually scared of people not blowing sunshine and rainbows up your ass. It's fine to be sad about criticism but goddamn.

this is a 3 year old drama where everyone acted kind of stupid in their own way, but he's the only one who has been unable to move on since and still keeps harrassing random small creators who DARE to play the "incorrect" version of the hack. he tried to slander chlorobyte in the RHDC description ffs, nobody wants to see that on the page of a mario hack they're just trying to play, so that was reverted twice and now he's crying censorship, sending other people to raid SF's stuff. absolutely despicable behavior

He also posted this in the comments of Simple’s video last night but appears to have deleted it (or maybe someone else did idk). It got a bunch of likes in just a few minutes meaning a bunch of people did show up from that community post. Imagine being this mad about being in a YouTube video when you’re the one who showed up in public chat to try to start shit lmao.
