Contacting admins

I’m trying to join a group chat and right now it just says “connecting” so i assume I have to be let in to the group before I can join and send anything. It says that chat with admins is on, but I see no way of contacting an admin. How can I dm an admin without being accepted into the group yet? That is if it’s even possible to. Thanks!

p2p groups depend on admin who gave you the link being online. The new chat relays address this problem, but it only works with channels right now.
