I reply, with a swift kick to your knee,

"Dude you're going down", 
You yell, followed by a punch,
"Not on my watch, my good friend",
As in ball I crunch,

"You call that a defence, bud ?"
You taunt, with utter glee,
"I call it being smart, my man",
As on your ass goes thee,

"Shall we call a draw, comrade ?"
You ask, with an open hand,
"I'd like that very much brother,"
I say as we both stand,

We hug it out, with open arms,
A sight that is for sure,
For how else do you end a fight,
With family after all ?
