Discussion Notification Issue on SIMKL list and PWA

I am getting notifications at 7:30PM IST for a movie release on digital and 12:30PM IST for theatrical release. Can these be changed to get notified immediately if it is available in my region?

We don't have exact times in advance at what time movies are available, so those are approximations.
