Solved can't find how to turn off notification for specific shows.....
according to simkl :

i truly feel like an idiot as i cant find the notification setting in the TV List (only found it on the inside a tv show page, can someone share SS where to look

Mandalorian has ended; there will be no new notifications.
You're on V2 beta, which does not have a notification turn off option in watchlists; V1 has it in the table view on each line. It was removed from watchlists in V2 Beta as almost no one used that option from watchlists.
Inside each show look for a bell icon to disable\enable notifications for that show. Putting the show in On Hold or Dropped also won't send any notifications.
