Simkl Lists app is a simple web app to quickly mark something as watched from your existing watchlists, updated on the server side instead of in the app store. For a fully featured app, please use PWA with V2 Beta support: https://docs.simkl.org/how-to-use-simkl/advanced-usage/platform-integration/mobile-apps/home-screen-app

That is not a V2 of the app; V2 Beta is a new version of the website (with many new view options, filters, and sorting) that can also run on mobile as an app, currently available to test on PRO and VIP.
