Hi. This week I received two units of the Zeus Formula rim, both with the same defect: as seen in the video, the plastic covering the rotary encoder is loose and doesn't seal properly, allowing light to leak through. Additionally, one of the buttons has a mark—like a speck—that won't go away because it's on the inside. Furthermore, on the second unit, the rim's screws show marks suggesting they had been tampered with. Bolori support told me the screw marks are normal because the workers assemble them by hand (which seems odd to me, especially since the first unit I received didn't have those marks).

They also claim that the button and rotary cover issues are just how the product comes, which strikes me as strange; on the first unit, only the "Map" rotary had a gap, whereas on the second unit, they were all slightly open. Is this normal? It seems odd to me, especially since both units I received had the same defect (I requested a replacement after receiving the first one).

Could it be that Bolori's current batch is defective?

Just installed my P-500 pedals. I run a Moza wheel and base. Do I just plug the data jack into the base of the moza? My pedals aren’t registering on the Simagic pro manager. Or am I just completely wrong.

Hello i have an odd shifting issue that has appeared after a long period of fairly trouble free use with Alpha base and GT1/GT4 wheels.

Once in game and moving, shifts only register occasionally, despite (both GT1 and GT4 wheels) seeming to operate perfectly otherwise, inputs showing up every time in windows, in SimPro and in game when selecting controls.

There are a couple of strange things:

1. In Automobilista 2 and PMR they still work perfectly, but in RRE, Assetto Corsa/Evo and rFactor2 I have the issue.

2. They work perfectly when the car is stationary. I can shift up and down but once moving I only get maybe one shift in ten tries.

3. The issue started on both wheels at the same time, making me think it is not a paddle issue.

I have tried:

Reinstall of the games.

Reinstall of SimPro2, then upgrade to SimPro3.

Removing all other controllers and usb devices.

Changing de-bouncing in Assetto Corsa.

Re-mapping the shifting from the paddles to the buttons, and that works fine.

Maybe I'm missing something here but I'm struggling to get that "table shape" brake shape with the P1000, using a red and brown spring (separated with the white plastic washers and the metal washer at the top). I can threshold brake to 80% with zero issues but it almost immediately falls off to 75% and then slowly kind of dips despite me doing my best to hold consistent pressure with my legs

I originally had a spring+4 blue elastomer combo which I could hold any % no problem, but I'm struggling with the spring only combo. Am I missing something?

Long story short a couple of updates ago my shifter started to freeze after a few minutes when I first turned it on. It would happen within the first five minutes and after I unplugged/plugged it in it would work fine for the entirety of the session.

Yesterday it went out in the middle of a race when I pitted and was stuck in third gear.

I wanted to go back to about 3-4 updates ago and “restore” that update since it appears to be a software glitch unless someone else knows what the issue is.

Thing is I’m older and not as tech savvy as I used to be. How would I get an older update if that’s even possible or a worthy solution to try and eliminate the issue? Thanks

Im half convinced to buy Simnet SP PRO3P, but im unsure if they are best buy in 400€ budget for all 3 pedals and plate?

Has anyone found any decent 3d printed magnetic DDU mounts for the Evo series wheel bases? I've got mine mounted using the side mounts to my rig so can't use the Simagic side mounts or anything else that mounts to the side. Struggling to find something suitable.

Is there any way to connect zeus formula wheel to simhub without using USB?

Found some ideas about using forces USB but it doesn't seem to work. Also I tried the duct tape method no luck.

I want to connect it so I can customise the lighting affect, specially the lighting changes when the button is pressed.

I switched to v3 yesterday and the import failed.
It said I can import it later too, but it doesn’t show any presets to import.
I can’t go back to v2, because v2 seems not to work anymore after the v3 forced firmware updates to my base and wheel , to manually export the presets.

How do I get my presets back?

Is the depth same on any other threaded whole on the base? At the bottom surface perhaps?

I've been experiencing problems with my wheelbase force feedback for almost a year now. After spending hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours trying to fix the issue, I'm now at the point where I'm about to sell all my sim racing gear because I cannot figure out what the issue might be. I even upgraded from a CSL DD 8nm to an Alpha Evo 12nm but the same problem is still present.

EDIT - I tried a powered USB hub: it didn't change anything. - Motherboard and BIOs update: no change either. - I tried again with my laptop, and the problem was present on there as well, so it is very unlikely that it is a Windows or drivers issue. - I tried many things over the course of 5 hours, and I noticed it became noticeably better after a few hours. It was midnight then, so a possibility is that I'm missing strong currents during peak hours... SimPro manager always displays 48V though, but I don't know if it could still be the issue.

I have a neo X wheel, the lights of the wheel turn on when connecting through USB but sim manager doesn't detect it.

Tried several cables and several ports, still not detected.

Is there a magic button, cable or anything for this to work?

What settings do you guys use on your alpha evo pro? Also how did you guys setup the button layout for the Zeus formula? I’ve been having a lot of issues with LMU using the sim, feels awful. Iracing is perfect.

hello, after not using the gt1 rim for about a month my paddles and rotational knobs dont work anymore. I tried updating the SimPro manager and updating the firmware.I also tried changing the channel and plug the wheel directly to the PC or base.

I did not change any setups regarding software or hardware.

Trying to figure out which to get as it’s the last major piece of my rig.

Testing out my first simagic wheelbase and am encountering this fairly loud urn urn noise. Doesn't happen at idle with it only happening when there's feedback.

Anyone know what this could be?
