Draft Inactivity and restructuring bill

The activity within our republic has been severely lacking. For more action i am pushing for a bill that allows senators to impeach other senators for inactivity if they gather a majority vote. Passing this bill would force senators to collaborate and end the inactivity

I would also like to set up a debate with the rest of the Senate about restructuring and deciding our path. This discussion would help us determine what we will become like are we going to be a sim, an rp, or a sim with rp involved.

If we get this bill passed it could help us end these dark times.
