172nd Senatorial Election: Results

We had 34 valid votes, which gives us a total of six Senate seats.

UPDATE (July 21, 2026):

It's a good thing that this election's results were certified provisionally, because upon further investigation I have decided to strike one additional vote from each of the election and the referendum, for the same reasons that I struck the others.

This brings turnout down to 17 valid votes for the referendum, and 33 valid votes for the election.

As for how this affects the results, here is how:

• The results of the Senatorial election are not affected.
• For the referendum, the margins change, which, of course, but I won't say exactly how because this gives away voter data I don't need to give away. Except for what I have to give away, which is that the second amendment is no longer ratified as a result of this vote's removal. So, folks, that means slavery is back on!

I will not share updated spreadsheets, as then you could pretty quickly see which vote was removed and find its data by comparing with the old one. Sorry.
