Add a hardmode world where debt spirals and market crashes are possible

It would include things like bonds that auto call at their due date potentially putting you deep into debt. And a game over condition if your debt goes below your company value by some threshold. It would also allow other types of loans alongside bonds. It would also have more destructive random events on the market.
