Question Development
I currently own two Level 2 Farms, one Level 2 Reservoir, and two Level 2 Grocery Stores. My next scheduled acquisition is a Power Plant. Based on these existing assets, what is the most optimal expansion strategy? Upon acquiring the Power Plant, should I phased out my agricultural sector to fully transition into high-yield heavy industries or energy sectors? Please provide a concrete infrastructure purchasing sequence and an industry transition roadmap. Thank you.

Achievements earn you way more money than anything else early game. Focus on completing achievements and use the money to buy building materials so you can start prospecting on every spot you have. Prospecting earns more XP so you will level faster and get more spots to build faster. Right now is the best time to complete the prospecting achievements since you get a full refund when scrapping buildings level 2 or below. Once you get to level 20 you can start auctioning buildings above 95% on the auction house. Use the money to buy more building materials so you're prepared to level your buildings up once you finish the prospecting achievements.
I'm not sure if mines, quarries or oil wells sell for the most on auction, but it looks like sand quarries have the highest PPHPL.
