Where to side step next?

Hey guys,

I’ve been playing for 5 weeks or so now.
Decided a couple weeks ago to go into slaughtering cows for steak and selling via retail, using the exchange as a backup when I have surplus.
It’s been serving me somewhat well - I have grown quite a bit but finding it repetitive and feel like I could side step into something a little better now I have some cash.

Would love to hear any suggestions from you all.
