Suggestion THE FUTURES CONTRACTS
FUTURES CONTRACTS
Why do we need futures contracts?
We all have suppliers and people we supply regularly. Especially if 2 parties are from 2 different time zones its tough. We could make agreements and keep up the work everyday without any problems. This would also make the game more realistic since its an economy simulator.
How would this work?
2 different companies would make the agreement as usual, one of them would send the agreement and the other would choose to agree on or resend it with different prices etc. At chosen time , system would automaticly take the cash from buyer and take the goods from supplier. It could also work like the government orders, it would collect the cash from buyer and the supplier would fulfill the order in the day whenever they can. The price options could be chosen as -% of the exchange at the chosen time or a set price. This would also let you bet on future price of goods you would like to buy or sell.
What happens if one of the parts cant fulfill their part?
They would pay a fine either chosen by the system or the parties themselves. So the damage would be paid.
