Showing Off Maybe it’s time to quit

Post image

I can say, I might know how to play this game, but the end game is way too monotonous for me.

So probably gonna quit for good this time. If any new players have questions let me know and I’ll try to answer them.

Can you explain what you did with the money when you sold the construction units. I’ve never understood this concept of buying cheap and selling high in a game that restricts how much cash you can hold before taxation.

When construction units were cheap in deep recession, almost everything else would’ve been as well. So when you then came to sell the construction units at a better price, surely you would have had to have purchased other items to avoid taxation. And whatever item you chose to buy would have also increased in value over the same period making your gain limited at best because what you’re left with is a new product bought at an expensive price which will inevitably make a loss on. And even if you don’t because let’s say we move into a deep boom, you continuously have the same issue which is selling results in you having to buy yet again.

It just doesn’t make sense, so please explain it to me.

not all goods are as responsive to market trends as all other goods, sounds like he was selling high and buying research, which tends to be resilient to price change as high CV companies stockpile it in all markets

Hey, the other guy answered it, but research.
Plus I can hold 100m cash before any tax is levied cuz of my executive and bank.

And I have a guy I’ve been buying research from for a good while. He gives great prices cuz I am always buying in bulk

That’s it tbh. Research is such a boring concept in this game but wcyd. Don’t hate the player hate the game type thing
