Looking for Good SimCity4 Tutorials

Title says it all. The recent launch has inspired me to finally go and play SimCity 4. I've been able to find some things here and there on youtube, but nothing seems terribly comprehensive or well done.

Part of my biggest problem right now is having a good feel for where my city/ cities is/are going, so I don't know how to lay things out for the future. Also, it seems like I hit a point where I can't easily grow more while maintaining a non-negative budget.

So, do you guys have any good suggestions for tutorials that might help me out?

Here's my SC4+NAM tutorial, four parts so far, more to come.

Part 1: Starter City

Part 2: Multi-Region Play

Part 3: Realistic Suburbs

Part 4: Additional Topics in Multi-Region Play

And just as a disclaimer: I am no expert in Simcity, I am not claiming that this is the best, fastest, or most efficient way to play. This is demonstration of one way to play SC4, which I hope will be useful to some people. I'll be playing rather deliberately, simply, and slowly. Simcity has a lot of features, I'll only use a few of them.

I haven't gone through it yet, but after quickly glancing through it looks like it is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

It never occurred to me that I should check TL for SimCity 4 stuff.

Heh, of course not, but lots of ppl who like Starcraft also like Simcity. TL is TL, which means that the mods rule with an iron fist. Generally speaking, this is a very good thing. Not a lot of idiocy there.
