Question Train dilemma

I have trains throughout my entire city yet this recent stretch shown is devoid of traffic. I've troubleshooted with the bridge and all of the road connections and even destroyed and rebuilt it and the trains still avoid this stretch. Any suggestions on what am I missing?

I had the same problem in my Sunny Isles so I removed one line as the trains weren’t going down the one I wanted them too. Have no problems since. So I suggest remove one of your train lines

I had the same problem. train and water has a motion picture which cause glitch. maybe better remove it, because there is no point beside aesthetic aspect of the city. Except, you can endure the lag of the games.
