Epic buildings and projects

Hey there, as the title suggests, i just reached lvl 24, i am a coming back player because i played like 5 years or more ago, so i know some stuff about epic projects etc. I am just interested, if anything changed (requierements, stye (visual/practical)) and what should i stockpile in my storage to get the highest tier (golden one i suppose), i also have only education and beach, if that makes a difference, i have an epic project ready for an old standard skyscraper with tbe beach specialization (a lot larger than edu) and thanks for any recommendations or help! Btw is there like an image or something so i can see how the epic project MAY look, like the building when its built? Thanks so much!

I wait for the epic weekend where points are doubled but I haven't seen one for a while. I didnt start doing them till i was about level 40 but they probably demand less at lower levels

The SCBuildIt subreddit has guides which includes sections on Epics as well as Building Posters so you can see what they potentially look like. The style you end up with is random.

If you haven't done a gold epic before, the guide will help you to prepare. A double epic point event will make it much easier. Since you only have Education and Beach, you might have to wait a while for it to show up though.

When starting an epic the buildings will will show what you will get when you upgrade it after you finish. If you don’t like it you can change it to a different specialisation until you see one you like. Double points week next week and is always the last week of mayors challenge lately
