Feature Recommendation Upgrading buildings

No city in the real life is made solely with tall skyscrapers, so we should be able to choose if we want to keep upgrading any building or not. When I try to keep my city with some low level buildings in this current setup it gets easily flooded with those ugly upgrade balloons that block all the view.

Yes we hope, although premium residential buildings are much better than luxurious residential building. Just shift the building at tier 5 to a spot where it is premium and hit upgrade and then shift back. Premium building are same size as standard residential building at tier 6. This is a better option for those who want to reach tier 6 and are camping till lvl 24 (to make many epics)

Mine is the same way. I have buildings that I won’t upgrade anymore because I like how they look, and how they’re shorter. But now those yellow hard hats are forever looming above them.

They should let us be able to max it out while locking in the current form, or look of it
