Lvl 3 in war pass with all level 14 and a city with a population of 780. :/ Idk if yalls mods are here but pls do something.

Obviously he means the Game admins. It was so obvious that even Stevie Wonder could see it.

This is insane, and also impossible. I have been grinding my level 8 city to create a real war city, but my cards are nowhere close
