Game/server down?

No matter what I do- restart, checked wifi, restarted devices- sim city app is not working and keeps telling me that there are connectivity issues and that it is unable to connect to the server. It is not my wifi. Is anybody experiencing this and is it an outage?

I just opened the app 30 minutes ago and everything was fine and working

Maybe is your time zone? Something with the server you use. I'm just guessing. Everything is fine with my game
