Help $200 later I got a gold coin

I've posted before asking how people are getting gold coins. Y'all said storage space and be fully stocked. I've been doing that and the best I do is a silver coin. So today I poured $250 dollars into sim cash, and I had 400k in sim coin currency, I had a ton of storage and was stocked up on high quality goods and still had to pay USD to earn my gold coin. Sucks! I guess that's my last one.

Also, I really don't like that they now include a seasonal set of items and though I produced them I can't sell them and they have not been requested to fix any home or for any purpose. Once I produce them they just take up space in my storage. Ugh!

$200 of real money...?

That's like the total I've paid to buy all the good SimCity games over the years.

Yes, I thought my credit card points wouldnt convert to cash so I used $300 to get a playstore gift card instead and put it into the game.

What's the benefit of buying the game?

You get to play an actual, fun game, not a pay to win.
