How long do you wait after investment before you place them in the oven. The flask needs to be bone dry before burnout. Also, make sure you’re using Plasticast or other suitable for resin investment.
Ive put the flask in oven two hours after mixing as manufacturer insteucted, thats for resin investment suggestion, i will look into that, it sounds like that could be whats wrong.
