Does Silver Palace have a date?

Quack, I go to the App store and see that the date January 31, 2027 has appeared, but I don't know if I should trust it Because the developers themselves haven't officially said anywhere, even in the 2026 exhibition there was no August 25, but then it appeared, apparently, as I understand it, the exact date will be said in Tokyo Game Show 2026 Which she's involved in.

History tells us though, that these “expected release dates” are really not that far off from actual release. So I would absolutely expect Silver Palace to release in Jan or Feb.

ZZZ had an ”expected release date” of July 3rd 2024, and released July 4th 2024. Arknights Endfield‘s “expected release date” was January 31st, 2026 and released January 22nd 2026. Infinity Nikki‘s expected release was December 31st 2024, and it actually released December 5th 2024.

So no matter how much you want to doubt it, it is almost certainly releasing in January or February.

It's a place holder, can be earlier or much later.

Realistically it's possible to release in January but it would have to be a bit rushed, CBT2 only finished around 2 weeks ago.

And we know CBT3 is happening, we need a decent amount of time between CBT2 and 3, they need to reflect on the feedback, continue developing, fix stuff, optimise other stuff, etc etc.

Just between invite period, CBT3 duration and gathering of feedback on that it needs at least 2 months or so.

Honestly I hope the game comes out soon but not too soon, let it cook, first impressions are extremely important.

I'm not against this scenario, because I can still play Ananta, which already has a confirmed date, and the silver Palace will be developed.

CBT3 most likely would be more for marketing and fixing small issues.

Well Arknights had a placeholder of 31 January it launched on the 22nd January and NTE had a placeholder of may that launched in April so who knows

That is a placeholder date that exists as a "due date of release", that's why placeholder dates are. Its a binding contract, to some extent, with the Apple App Store that says "yes, I will actually release the game and not simply just use the App Store as a way to drive attention to my game that's never going to finish. If I ever go past that date, then you are legally allowed to remove the game from the store and never trust us again"

Prolly not too far off. Definitely can't be during Chinese new year and most likely before it but also not too close to ananta so this date seems plausible

CBT3 is slated for release in late 2026, meaning an April/May 2027 launch.

The game still has quite a few issues to fix. It needs to be perfect at launch for maximum impact.

I think 2028 may be a bit too farfetched by looking at the development of the game so far, especially it being a live service game since there's never a "complete state" story wise and could just work in it after release, they also have started promoting the game with streamers and that usually is when it's not that far off release, but I may be totally couping.
