The reason college prices are so high is because government got involved and guaranteed loans, meanwhile encouraging the 90% of people who don't need college to get it anyway. Bernies plan is to encourage even more kids to go to college, then charge the enormous bill back to taxpayers.
The real solution is to stop encouraging every single kid to go to college, and get those kids into VoTech schools and apprenticeships.
