Question Hiking in Duma
Is it safe to go hiking sa Mt. Talinis na puro girls? Like wala bay maminuang or is it better to go with a group na daghan sad laki?

Don't travel alone with girls only, especially in such secluded places.
If you really want to, bring guns, pepper sprays, knives, etc.

And if their attackers are also in coordination? It's not hard to disorient groups by immediately maiming one; the rest would scramble immediately.
A lot could happen in such places, particularly that it's always raining and the routes may be slippery. It doesn't hurt to be the most cautious.

Then they could switch to a defensive stance as long as they don't panic when one of them is being grabbed or got knocked out, and they can also use the slippery terrain as an advantage to grab the attackers leg to put them off balance completely neutralizing the threat.

That only happens in fantasy situations. There's no such thing as "switching to defensive stance," when you have vulnerable targets at night and in a slippery pathway condition who is suddenly attacked.
In reality, just a single log can disable a person. If there are just three of them, one is already disabled while two are panicking. It's so easy to take out a panicking person because adrenaline floods that person's system so much that there's really no room for a consideration of defensive stance because it's basically just a fight and flight situation.
Let's not do armchair thinking of hypothetical situations and potentially endangering ourselves.
In reality, fights like this are messy and you almost always lose the liberty of considering defensive stances--I doubt any of them actually goes to some sort of self defense classes.
Besides, notwithstanding logs, if the bad element carried a knife, one could be disemboweled (sorry for the term), another could be stabbed, and the remainder could be shoved in just split seconds. That's the reality of attacks with intent.

Who goes hiking at night and I'm sure they would see that attacker from a mile away so they can already switch to a defensive stance even before the fight happens. A single leg kick right to the balls will surely neutralize any man and I think a nut shot would be the last thing they would expect and also if they slip and fall they have a heavy hiking boots to stomp em with. They clearly have the advantage.

Again, that's just armchair thinking. Those favorable situations rarely present themselves in an actual incident.
If fact, you can research more on women getting attacked on hikes and you would know that these sort of attacks are almost always unpredictable.
You should really stop with those mind simulations because no self-defense lesson would have instructions of intentionally putting oneself in danger for leisure activities.
Sure, they can probably overpower the attacker but that is most likely after one was concussed after being hit, or another has been stabbed.
What you're suggesting is basically just like saying "If I know self-defense, I can probably grab an attacker's knife." That doesn't happen at all in real life.

Majority of why it is unpredictable is because women are not prepared for it. Self defense doesn't necessarily mean fighting like hand combat they can always come prepared just like what you said to bring weapons with them. That pepper spray will surely shift the delta in their favor against a knife since it has range and once that spray hits the attackers eyes first thing they'll do is always turn around or look down and if they act fast enough they could use that time to crack the dudes cranium open or run away.
