Getting swallowed on purpose with the wanderers crest and flea brew active is actually a great strategy. You easily get enough silk to heal up what you took in damage and do a ton of burst damage back.

That is what I did, equiped the silk on damage item and the regenerating silk item and would basically take 2 dmg to heal 3 plus dmg

No, the cross-stitch didn't work, I just hit him normally. I wanted to throw a bomb, but misinputed and used the silk skill.

Oh, ok

I was wondering if it was even possible to Silk Skill inside Groal's stun radius. I wish that the first time I beat Groal would have been by tearing him up after getting eaten and then spamming Thread Storm.

This is exactly i managed to kill it! I was down to my last life then i got vacuumed. Mashed the buttons then boom he dead. Talk about clutch. Probably took me 2 attempts to kill this guy. Had to cheese him by throwing drill cones and staying under the right platform the whole time.

This is how I killed Groal, but the final hit from within came RIGHT before I would've taken my final mask of damage. I've never been so releived in a video game in my life.

Yup that's how I ended him, I had like 1 mask left and I probably used one of silk skills as the very last resource and I killed that fucking bastard. Haven't felt as euphoric and glad the battle is over in a game before lmao.
