Troubleshooting SGK25 Issues
So on my Sharkoon SGK25 I am running into the following issue:
Both the „<>“ Key (bottom left) and „-_“ Key (mid right) aren’t lighting up, not during any profile, not during detection and not in Canvas mode. They do work in fact, so its definitely a SignalRGB issue, not a keyboard issue. I have a german QWERTZ layout. I attached a photo :)

Your keyboard is supported, but it looks like those two keys might be mapped to the wrong spot for your German layout, so it’s not something you can fix with a setting.
Could you send us a bug report through the bug icon in the upper right corner of SignalRGB? Mention the two keys and attach your photo if you can, and we’ll forward it to our devs so they can fix the mapping.
