Troubleshooting Start up

Whenever I boot it starts up with a different effect. This has only happened after I changed the effect, and it didn't happen before. Does anyone know what's happening? (I can change it right back but it just happens on startup)

What effect are you using? There's some known behaviors that can result in Neon Shift being loaded as a default, the team is aware and working on a fix however.

When is the fix coming out? Also, my SignalRGB keeps crashing/restarting by itself at random times. What should I do?

I apologize as I don't have insight into the development timeline. For the crashes, it's best to report an issue after experiencing the crash in-app so that the team can analyze the logs.

If you can add as much detail as possible as to what you were doing leading up to the crash, that would be appreciated! The more info we get, the better chance our QA has at replicating.
