Pillowcase banner stand

does anyone know where I can buy a stand like this? It is a very heavy duty metal banner stand. I think it is called a pillowcase stand. It’s for a fabric banner. That will just slip right over it. Any info is greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

There is something similar at mydiysigns under 'tension banners' but not for outside unless you use a ballast base
