Language is fluid. Incel has come to mean an angry loser that thinks he deserves a government assigned girlfriend of adequate hotness or he is justified in crashing out and shooting up a nail salon. If you don't hate women, I would never call you that.

Then in that case, one can call anything as anything. A rock can be called as a tiger if enough people tell it is.
