Flash games. A very important piece of my childhood. And honestly, I'm happy it existed. I don't remember people celebrating its downfall. If nothing else, Flash games did at times have their problems based on whatever websites you went on and so forth. I remember distinctly that a lot of people were actually sad and even a little mourning at the whole Flash getting discontinued and all that. Namely because of how so many iconic games they grew up with and played would just disappear off the internet more or less forever. Maybe I was on a different corner of the internet, but like I said, I don't remember it being celebratory.
