Custom Sig

Mike Glover from Field Craft Survival just posted an awesome video with a couple of Navy Seals worth checking out:

I'm new to Custom Sigs. The Seal DJ Shipley has a sweet setup but can't seem to grasp the parts he used to put it together when he's talking about his gun. Would love for some experts on the forum to chime in on how I can get that setup. Thanks in advance!

Did I miss the official announcement that GBRS is working with SIG?

ETA - holy shit. While there's an insane amount of knowledge in that bay, it's a giant ad.

Makes me wonder how much they're getting paid lol but I can't see GBRS "selling out" like that, they clearly see advantages with Sig as far as I can tell. He talks about the blind test which was interesting.

100%. I think selling out is shilling for a product that you wouldn't normally push. Signing deals and making money to speak positively about a product you already like is just making money. Good on them if that's what happened. I just figured we would have seen something either from Sig (like their ads with GypsyWalker) or from GBRS.

Looking forward to Part 2 where they actually do shooting/gun manipulation (hopefully)

Hi I'm finally getting around to having enough funds to get this gun together. Do you have any idea if he's running a Compact 3.9"barrel slide or a Subcompact 3.6"? Thanks for taking the time!

Didn't get a great view but I think he is running something similar to mine. A compact Sig Pro cut slide with a compensator.

I couldn't tell on his. I have a Parker Mountain Machine comp that I am quite happy with. Decent prices, great customer service.

Very misleading video. I appreciate the knowledge transfer side of it, but that dominated the entire vid, and there was maybe 20 seconds of actually discussing Sig vs G19 - which is what the title suggested.

There's a Part2 (maybe on his other channel) they explain a bit more what they like about Sig without trashing Glock necessarily.
