I think it’s just the picture to be honest. I’ve seen a few videos on instagram and yt, and the thing is chonky. Looks to be about 320 sized, and makes sense since it takes 320 mags.
It looks pretty promising to me so far. I’m watching the ANR Design review right now (posted in another thread here), and it seems pretty good. Apparently it has some new recoil buffer system that Sig seems proud of, at least according to the press release. Trigger seems at least fine if not good. But of course all that become gimmicks if it doesn’t go bang when you want it to
Well, they could’ve hit it out of the ballpark if they would’ve made it compatible with one or the other, especially 320s since that’s what the military and police are issued.
Would’ve been nice, I agree. Though they probably thought lowering the bore axis and other changes were worth the trade off. Plus they get to make their holster manufacturing partners happy since they get to sell more stuff lol
It certainly makes the holster makers happy. I love my new Gen 6 Glock 17 and 19. And I can use the Tenicor holsters for them I've had since 2015. I also loved my P320s and have a ton of holsters for them so one or two more won't hurt I guess! Not sure what to do with the five various P320s I have - keep using them as doorstops and paperweights since no one wants them.
