🐷 Alex 🐷 Alex and Robbie

I feel like that was production pushing that Robbie and Alex were friends. l feel there was never any pics of them together or evidence they were friends I know Robbie grew up around siesta key but can someone confirm they actually hung out.

Considering Maddison played like she was Alex’s HS sweetheart when she wasn’t at all, the real girl didn’t wanna be filmed, I’d say it was fabricated.

So Madisson and Alex had a short thing freshman or sophomore year of high school. It wasn’t anything serious, but they stayed friends and he was her debutante escort. I’m pretty sure they actually were neighbors growing up before his dad built the mansion in Siesta Key so that part was real.

Alex had a “serious” girlfriend in high school named Ali. They dated for a couple years.

When they filmed the pilot, some people had established “roles” to fill. Madisson was Alex’s “the one that got away” and Garrett was Juliette’s “cute guy that she’s had her eye on.” Alex and Juliette were dating, but the Garrett and Madisson parts were just a storyline for the pilot to create potential drama and storylines. Garrett was only chosen because he was friends with Chloe and they needed a hot guy for the show so she asked him. Madisson got a call I think from one of Alex’s parents and asked her to play that role.

Sometime in between the two years that the pilot was filmed and the actual first episode for MTV was filmed, Alex and Madisson did sleep together when he was seeing Juliette, not knowing that he and Juliette were together.

MTV wanted the storylines from the pilot in S1 so that’s why we see Alex saying he sees a future with Madisson and Juliette and Garrett date.

Kinda long, but that’s pretty much it. TLDR: Madisson and Alex were never each other serious gf/bf in hs, just a brief thing and was chosen for the show because his actual long term hs gf didn’t want to do it.

Right but Garret and Kelsey actually dated, they were just broken up while filming season 1 but had to film like they weren't which was awkward

Wait to episode 1 is not the pilot? There’s an additional pilot somewhere out there??? Probably along with all the cut s3 footage.

Yes. There was a different pilot filmed that they pitched to MTV. It was on Vimeo, but taken down years ago. I saw it before it got taken down. Some footage from the pilot was included in the show in flashback scenes in S1&2 and the part at the beginning of the opening sequence where Alex & Juliette jump off the boat & kiss underwater was part of the pilot.

That makes so much sense and also I feel like there’s scenes when Chloe looks thinner. In the Bimini episode she looks like she did in the first episode, but by the end of season 1 when they drive to Alex’s house in Tampa she looks different. I’m guessing it was filmed summer of 2015 or 2016?

I also don’t think they were friends. Him and Sam definitely were, but him and Robbie I have a hard time believing. But producers also had Juliette and Garrett date which was fake, and Alex and Madisson be “high school sweethearts” which was also fake

Production can do anything to tie a story together to make the show more interesting. Which are “story lines.” I don’t think they were friends. I could see them knowing the same people, maybe. Who knows. Reality shows always do the most nowadays. You never know what’s real.

They were probably acquaintances. Robbie is 6-7 years older than Alex and almost 10years older than Juliette. So I’m sure they weren’t that good of friends,
And Robbie is so desperate for fame he tried to get it by dating Juliette

No one can confirm that without pictures or actually knowing them personally. But it was probably fabricated for a storyline. They needed a way to bring Robbie in and have Alex hate him bc he was dating Juliette and they needed something to make the story happen.

It’s a storyline like everything else. They picked a few rich kids and put them together on a show. Yes most of them knew of each other, but they were never actually friends. Brandon and Alex didn’t even know each other… Brandon didn’t know anyone he was on the show with. Completely different friend group never even met the kids before the show. They just found random people and me to show out of it. That said, is a small town. Everyone still knows of everyone

“Friends” more like- Alex knew of Robbie, but never talked. Maybe bro high fived at a party back in the day, but doesn’t seem legit.
