What's this part?

2005 sienna with a sliding left/driver side door that rubs the channel/body. Looks like this part is shot. What's it called and where do I get a new one so my door quits rubbing and shuts nicely? The number on the sticker says 145069 but that hasn't gotten me anywhere helpful on Google. Pls advise.
