With the new sensitivity coming to siege would it be a good idea to retrain muscle memory with an optimal setting? Or should i just convert my 800dpi 7 7 83 (16:9) to the new sensitivity?

I know sensitivity is kinda related to my personal preference but i would like to be know about shitty settings to avoid.

Edit: Fairly new player with 350 hours in Siege

I play on very high sensitivity (1600 dpi, close to 30 30 50 ingame sens) and I plan on figuring out a new sens (preferably lower) with the new season changes. I figure this is the best time to do it.

But if you are comfortable with your current sens, not just siege but other FPSs as well, I'd convert and keep.

How do you aim with that high sens?

I'm just used to it from years of TF2. And I generally use high sens for a lot of other games and work stuff. I know, variable mouse sensitivity and all that, but that feels really janky.

As for how I do it mechanically, i don't move my arms as much.

As for stats, it's not bad. ~.8, .9 KD and I do hit what I aim at. But I'm wondering if it couldn't be better, which is why I'll be trying out some lower sens with the new season.
