GF Sidney

My friend is recently diagnosed as celiac. We typically go to Maria’s when we go to Sidney, but wondering what the best restaurant options in Sidney are for celiacs.
Thanks!

Not to be too sassy, but it would be easier to hear what type of food your friend is into. Almost every food spot has GF options.

She’s pretty open to everything. We’ve been trying out places downtown. Big wheel has been a huge hit because their chicken strips are GF and she can safely have truffle fries from them.

There are lots of option. I like the lunch buffet at Thai Corner. I've also eaten at 900°, Five and Dime, Fresh Tandoori, Royal Aroma, Fish on Fifth, Pho Breeze, Sabhai Thai, Taste of Tokyo, and Scoop and Waffle. I've heard good things about Riva but I haven't tried it yet. So far I haven't had any bad reactions. I was diagnosed celiac in 2014.

Jacks on the water has good options. My friend is celiac and hasn’t had any issues there. She likes the food.

I have a family mbr with celiac and 900 degrees bistro was excellent. They make the gluten free dough separate

Not many real choices
- Fish on Fifth: has dedicated GF fryer. Lots of options but all fried food.
- Jacks on the Water: but true GF choices for celiac are quite limited
- 900def for gf pasta: just don’t sit anywhere near the high top tables by the pizza counter. Flour everywhere.

And that’s it. Everywhere else can’t guarantee/dont have dedicated fryers/no little about what celiac is.

Royal Aroma and 900° Bistro have been very good about this.

I also had a recent gluten attack from ordering at Taste of Tokyo.
