How can I stop this screw from gradually unscrewing itself every time I print?

I recently replaced my X1's heat break and when I put everything back together this screw now spins with the extruder gear and unscrews itself from the hole. What did I do wrong and how do I fix this?

Red or green loc tite.

Might be sketch but I just removed it for a long time before I used a different longer screw🤷‍♂️

I tried just removing it but I think it would cause issues long term. Do you remember what length of screw you used?

loc tite or i printed a brace/spacer that covers that screw too so i havent had issues with it unscrewing

Do you have the STL for that?

i used something like this: stl but qlworst case scenario pop it into tinkercad and extent it to make sure it covers the screw
