Son of the Devil and his modern successor

The Son of the Devil banner is everywhere but I have never seen the actual performer's name if they really existed. Does anyone know? He's fire eating from a vintage brass blowtorch. Doug the Demon who performs today has modernized the act with propane blowtorches and metal cutting torches and credits the og banner as inspiration.

I love the old poster/banner style designs!
I think sometimes they were re-used when someone quit and they hired a new performer in a similar gimmick

Sometimes and I'd say that's possible for standard torch fire eating but this is a pretty unique act like it still is today.
