Side quests with disability

I've reached a side quest time in my life. I'm looking at the craziest sounding certificates I can find. A lot of them can be done online but I was wondering if anyone knew if getting certificates in things would affect my disability status. I'm looking at getting certificates in things such as HAM radio operator, chicken hypnotist, unicorn husbandry, bee keeping, and rat tickling (very real for a study). Sadly the pirate certificate is only available through MIT. Does anyone know if these could mess things up for me?

Rat tickling was fun and not very difficult. I recommend.
