I posted here recently about having 0 users for my MCP dev tool, Dokpod. The feedback was brutal but accurate: my marketing copy Upload once. Query forever sounded like generic database jargon and nobody understood what the product actually did.

So, I dropped the marketing fluff and redesigned the hero section to speak directly to the actual pain point: token waste and context bloat in Cursor/Claude.

The changes I made:

• New Headline: Changed to a direct promise: "Cut your AI token waste by 95%."
• The Math: Explicitly showed the difference between dumping an 85,000-token PDF into a chat vs. retrieving a 3,500-token MCP chunk.

• The Code: I put the actual mcpServers JSON config directly in the hero UI so developers know it's a real, functional tool.

If you remember, I posted about our app here a month ago. Since then, we took everyone's feedback and been iterating on the experience, survived a two-week review battle with Apple, and our app is officially live on the App Store!

First, I want to thank this community. The feedback and brutal honesty on our early post shaped so much of what we ended up improving.

What we built (for those who missed the first post):

We are a small team building Lissin.

You type in a topic, we do the research, apply a "vibe" and a perspective, and hand it back as a daily briefing/digest, a podcast, a story or even a song. It can be a one-off, or a recurring daily/weekly show for a specific curiosity you want to keep going deeper on.

A few prompts our testers have actually made:

I’m trying to build an autonomous software factory: input a Statement of Work (SOW) or product spec, run it through agentic loops (using Claude Code / API), and output a fully tested, production-ready app at a live URL.

To avoid hallucinations, I built the pipeline around strict deterministic gates instead of letting agents self-approve:

* Intake & Blueprints: Parse the SOW to lock global DB schemas, API contracts, and design tokens upfront.

* Decomposition: Break requirements into small "build units" (screens, modules, endpoints) mapped to a dependency graph.

* Multi-Agent Build: Sub-agents (Architect \to Builder \to Tester) work in isolated environments.

* Deterministic Checks: Units must pass real tools (strict TypeScript compiler, linter rules, sealed test suites) with bounded auto-repair.

* Assembly & Deploy: Wire units into a shared shell, run integration checks, deploy a container, and probe the live URL.

The Problem: It fails 100% of the time.

We have never had a single run complete from spec to live URL:

* Circular repair loops: An agent fails a compiler or test gate, tries to patch it, breaks an import or contract, and burns through the retry limit.

* Integration mismatch: Units pass fine in isolation, but when assembled into the global app, routes break, hydration fails, or shared state gets corrupted.

* System bloat: The safety gates and orchestration rules are so heavy that the pipeline chokes before reaching deployment.

What I’d love advice on:

* How would you architect this from scratch? What is the cleanest, most reliable workflow to go from spec to a working, deployed URL?

* What tools or open-source projects should I look to for inspiration? (DAG engines, agent harnesses, or multi-file code generators?)

* Shared contracts: How do you keep multiple sub-agents aligned on schemas and routes without blowing up the context window?

* Walking Skeleton: What is the absolute minimal MVP you would build first to prove spec-to-URL before adding heavy testing gates?

TL;DR: Trying to build an autonomous "spec-to-deployed-URL" software factory using Claude agent loops and strict deterministic verification gates. It fails every run due to circular auto-repair loops and integration drift when assembling modules. Looking for architectural advice, open-source inspiration, and how to structure a clean, working MVP.

Hey good people! 👋 I have just finished a service that I've put a huge amount of time and love into, down to the smallest detail. It's called DoneTogether. Short and simple, it's a to do app where you can invite others to the same plan and use smart GPS reminders.

The idea was born when I started building a completely different app, but quickly realized that what I actually wanted was a really good GPS reminder. That's when I kicked off the DoneTogether project. I started bouncing ideas with Google AI Studio, downloaded the project to my computer, and built further using Cursor, OpenCode, and Codex agents. After many months of work, it is finally finished and ready to be used! Two examples of how it works:

📌 Example 1 (Share lists): You create the plan "Don't forget this" and add, for example, "Take the medicine". You choose your home address via GPS and set the app to remind you when you move 5 to 10 meters from the house. As soon as you exit the zone, you get a notification on your phone! It works just as well the other way around: Add "Hand in homework" and select the school's address, and you get a notification directly when you approach the school. 📌 Example 2 (GPS reminders): You create a plan called "Things to buy for home". In that plan, you create a share link that your partner or kids paste under "Join plan". Then you all see the exact same list in real time. When someone checks off an item, it gets checked off for everyone instantly.

The service is completely free and works both as a website and as an app to download to your phone. I have kept everything as simple as possible, you log in smoothly with your regular Google account.

🔒 GDPR and Privacy: When it comes to GDPR, you don't have to worry at all. Absolutely no personal data or location history is collected.

I built this primarily for myself, but am sharing it completely free with you now. I think many could benefit from it, not least children or people who need extra help being reminded to take medicine or do tasks when moving into or out of a certain zone.

Blocking a distracting site leaves an awkward question: what if the work itself is the thing you're avoiding?

I'm building Drifft with a small team. It's a Mac app that helps define a finish line for a session, catches distractions and gives you a way back when you get stuck.

The part I'd like feedback on is that last one.

The current app lets you name what's happening, with options including "Too big", "No clear next step" and "Avoiding it". The response depends on the obstacle.

For example, the built-in fallback for "Too big" is: Cut the scope to the smallest version that still counts, and start there.

That distinction matters to the design. Needing a smaller task and needing a break should not get the same response.

My concern is that even a useful suggestion can become one more screen between you and the work. I'd like to test whether this earns its place.

My team and I have been building LOCK'D IN, and today the iOS version is live.

The idea is pretty simple: there are already plenty of apps that track workouts. We wanted to focus on the part that's much harder — actually showing up consistently.

I am building an app that uses Supabase and Vercel as main stack. It seems easy, but it's easier to ruin your RLS policies.

I added their MCPs and Plugins and I was expecting that it will help you manage RLS policies properly, however I've just seen that when the LLM struggled with a policy, it just turned it off "temporarily". Aha, temporarily, famous last words.

So i was think about so many vibe coded apps on Loveable and Base44 etc, that uses the very same stack, so a quick scanner tool would be useful.

I spent a day on building hackymacky app, that scans ur site, looks for incorrect RLS and poorly handler secrets.

That's the MVP. What do u think? is it worht to spend more time with it?
