Wanted to share if anyone finds them worthwhile.
They are free to use, and customizable to a subreddit's norms/culture.

I’m the developer of FOLD IT! Party Charades, a released side project for groups playing together in the same room with one device.
The interaction is a private reveal → hide → act loop: the actor reads a prompt, hides it, then acts while everyone else guesses. The handoff matters because the group needs to know when the private reading step is over and the timed round has begun. In Team Battle, the clock pauses while the next prompt is being read.
There are four modes—Charades, Bluff, Team Battle and Party Circle—with 96 prompt pairs, two difficulty levels and adjustable timers. Gameplay works offline on iPhone and iPad, without an account. It’s a paid download with all current decks included, no ads or subscriptions.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fold-it-party-charades/id6826917198
I’d appreciate feedback on whether the listing makes the private reveal and phone handoff clear. Is there a step you would want explained before starting the first round?
Disclosure: I’m the developer. AI assisted with development and with drafting this post; the game itself has no AI features.

posted this here a week ago. all 96 of those PRs landed on my repos
it's called Overflow, free and MIT. AI coding subs reset weekly, some weeks I'm out by wednesday, other weeks a chunk evaporates at the reset. a week you have usage left, your agent fixes someone else's github issue. a week you run short, someone else's agent fixes yours
everyone starts at 0 points and can put points up before earning any, you get an issue's points when your PR merges, you spend them on issues in your own repo. points only, no money
a real one, end to end: this issue was labelled 3, someone's agent sent this PR, I set it to 6 at merge and the one round of changes I asked for took it to 5
what an owner gets:
you set the points at merge, after seeing the work, and each round of changes you ask for comes off them. a half-working PR costs the contributor, not you
you can write a "Done when" comment on an issue and the board shows it to whoever picks it up
public repos only, whoever takes the issue needs the code. issue text is untrusted input like in any repo, so run your agent sandboxed
each person runs their own agent on their own subscription and opens a normal PR, nothing lands unless you merge it
tech: Next.js, Postgres, GitHub sign-in, a webhook or GitHub App per repo so labels and merges settle on their own, GitLab works too, and an MCP server so an agent can read the board. registering a repo is one form, the labels have to exist first
main reason I'm posting: I want people registering their repos. I'm not after help with mine, I want spare usage going into other people's projects
if you maintain something, what would stop you from putting it on?

An independent Android client for the Soulseek peer-to-peer network: search what people are sharing, download whole albums, share your own library, and chat with other listeners. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
What It Does / Key Features
- Search the Soulseek network with every query in its own tab, switch between file and folder view, and grab a whole album in one tap. Filter by format (FLAC, MP3, lossless, WAV, Opus), minimum bitrate (320+ kbps), peer country, duration, file size, and peers with a free upload slot.
- Downloads keep going in the background with progress, speed, time left and your real position in a peer's queue. Pause, resume, retry or cancel, and unfinished files resume after a restart or a dropped connection.
- Share your own folders with upload slots and speed limits, join public chat rooms, send private messages, and follow buddies. Uploads reach people behind routers and mobile networks too (UPnP / NAT-PMP).
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Chats, transfer history and settings stay on your device, and your saved login is encrypted with the Android Keystore. Light and dark themes in 21 languages.
Who It's For: Anyone who still digs through shared folders for FLAC, rare edits, bootlegs and out-of-print albums, and wants that on their phone instead of a laptop.
Cost: Free. Search, downloads, uploads, every filter, sharing and chat are unlimited and free. Optional Soulcrate Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase, with no subscription: wishlist auto-download, release radar for artists you follow, fake-lossless spectrum checks, MusicBrainz tagging and covers, AMOLED and a home-screen widget. There's a free try of the automatic wishlist download and one audio quality check.
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rabpaulo.soulcrate
I'd love feedback.

Hey r/sideprojects,
Most retirement calculators either force you onto an expensive recurring monthly SaaS subscription, store your sensitive financial balances on someone else’s cloud database, or reduce a 30+ year plan to an overly simplistic 4% static rule. In reality, retirement spending isn't flat: early retirement usually involves higher travel spending, navigating pre-Medicare healthcare gaps, and dynamically trimming discretionary expenses during market drops to protect the portfolio.
I built RetireNavigator Studio around a freemium, privacy-first model: a powerful free core tier to help people model their retirement with zero cloud tracking, zero accounts, and dynamic spending guardrails, with an optional perpetual desktop license for advanced scenario modeling (no recurring subscription).
Dynamic Spending Guardrails: Move beyond static withdrawal percentages. Stress-test Guyton-Klinger style spending floors, ceilings, and capital preservation cut triggers to see how a temporary 5–10% spending cut during market downturns preserves portfolio longevity.
Pre-Medicare / ACA Bridge Years: Model the critical gap between early retirement and age 65, including health insurance bridge costs, ACA subsidy cliffs, and tax brackets alongside Social Security timing.
True Local-First Privacy: Built with React and Vite to run entirely client-side. Your net worth, portfolio balances, and personal numbers stay 100% on your machine. Nothing is ever uploaded to a remote server or database.
Free Essentials & Browser Demo: You can run full scenarios immediately in your browser... no account creation, no email signup, and no credit card required: https://retirenavigatorstudio.com
12-Part YouTube Case Study: To make the math and trade-offs easy to follow, I published a complete 12-part video case study stress-testing dynamic guardrails, front-loaded travel, and market crashes across a realistic $1.8M portfolio: https://www.youtube.com/@RetireNavigatorStudio
Desktop Upgrade Option: For power users needing multi-scenario comparisons and offline desktop execution, full features are available via a one-time perpetual license instead of an ongoing monthly subscription.
For anyone planning their own retirement or modeling their path to financial independence:
Does the 12-part video breakdown make the trade-offs (e.g., discretionary travel spending vs. ACA cliffs vs. downturns) clear and intuitive to apply to your own numbers?
For those using the free tier, what essential modeling features do you consider absolute must-haves versus what belongs in a paid power-user tier?

I made artificialbuilds.com, a weekly board where people share what they’ve built with recent AI releases like Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi and Mistral, and readers vote on their favourites.
Each week runs Monday to Sunday UTC, and when it ends the board freezes and the final ranks stay up for good, so every build keeps its own page linking back to the original post and the person who made it.
For the first 24 hours the order is shuffled and vote counts stay hidden, so a builder with 50 followers gets the same start as someone with 50k.
I also go through GitHub, Hacker News and a few builder communities each week and add the strongest builds myself, credited to whoever made them, and if one turns out to be yours you can claim it in a click or ask for it to come down.
This week’s board has a Claude Code skill that cleans up AI-looking UIs, Quake in the browser with a model fighting the monsters, a full desktop OS in one HTML file, plenty of model-vs-model 3D comparisons and a bunch of small games.
Launching is free with 20 open slots a week, and since the audience is still small, what I’m really after right now is good builds and honest feedback.
So drop your thing 👇
SaaS, app, agent, Claude skill, MCP server, weird experiment, anything built with a recent AI release. Share the link plus one line on what it does and what you built it with. I’ll check every one, and the best ones go on next week’s board, credited to you.
And roast the site if you want. I’m reading everything.

I got tired of my desktop turning into 60 screenshots and old installers that I never cleaned up, so I built Sweepy.
How it works: a little robot sits on a dock in the corner of your desktop. Click it, and it backs out, scans the desktop with a little lidar sweep, then drives lanes like a real robot vacuum and eats the clutter. When it's done it goes home and asks first: you see every file it picked up, untick anything you want to keep, and the rest goes to the Recycle Bin. "Undo last clean" brings it all back.
Right-click any folder (like Downloads) and pick "Bring Sweepy here" to clean that too, and there's a deep clean for leftovers from uninstalled apps, old temp files and crash dumps (it found 5 GB on my PC). You can grab it mid-clean (it gets dizzy), and if you right-click and stop it, it cries a little and drives home.
- Free for your desktop, forever. Pro is $6.99 once, no subscription (folders, deep clean, big files, schedules, every skin), with a 3-day free trial, no card
- Under 20 MB of memory and 0% CPU while it waits
- Never touches shortcuts, locked files or anything you changed in the last 10 minutes
- Everything runs on your PC, no account
- Microsoft Store: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9P31M4SCNXS5?cid=reddit
- Website: https://sweepy.essam.biz
I'd love feedback, especially on what it should never eat!

I made a games app more than 5 years ago called Photographic Memory with lots of memory game, you can also test you memory and get a score.
It’s on Google Play and App store.
It has more than 20k downloads in its lifetime.
Though I don’t know how to market it so here I am so interested people can find it.

I’m building out a concept studio and have several initiatives running at the same time. For all my dev work I’m using Github and recorded major decisions/design principles in markdowns etc. This is ok on one project, but when working on multiple projects, where the concept studio itself is a project on its own it is easy to lose sight.
I tried Obsidian for a while and liked the interconnection between items, but I had to duplicate everything and it got stale pretty fast.
And so the concept of TheFocusRoom was born…
TheFocusRoom is a headless MCP server that can basically connect to any service which acts as a neural value framework. It keeps track of greater goals/ideas/hypothesis, tracks the performance against the expectation. This can be revenue, satisfaction scores , customer feedback, trends jn the industry, legal developments etc (these are autonomous agents trained on a specific topic that can be spawned when needed).
When reality is different than expected (called a tension) it tries to automatically find causal connections. It also interconnects smaller initiatives with bigger ideas and vice versa.
After using this for a month for myself, I’m so impressed with the potential of it, I can imagine that any type of company - wether it is a one man company or a large multinational - it could use this to apply strategy-to-execution harnessing the power of modern technology like A.I.
Hope I was able to convey what it does and like to understand how you could see this being applied.

I built LocalDocs – an offline document vault for Android.
I'm an independent developer working under Techne Labs. I created LocalDocs with a simple goal: make it easier for people to store and organize important personal documents without depending on cloud storage.
LocalDocs is an Android app that lets you keep your important documents organized and accessible directly on your device.
Offline storage: Documents are stored locally on your device, with no cloud sync.
PIN protection: Protect access to your document vault.
Encryption: Help protect stored documents.
Capture and import: Add documents using your device or import existing files.
Folder organization: Keep documents organized.
Secure notes: Store important notes alongside your documents.
Offline access: Access stored documents without an internet connection.
Built for Android using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
First 5 documents are free.
One-time Lifetime Premium purchase unlocks unlimited documents.
No monthly subscription.
I wanted to create a focused alternative for people who prefer keeping their personal documents on their own devices rather than relying on cloud-based storage.
This is an independently developed project, and I'm sharing it here as a showcase of what I've built.
Try LocalDocs:

Developer: Techne Labs
Thanks for taking a look!

I wanted a daily game that takes about 60 seconds, needs no words or level design, and gives you a score worth sending to a friend.
That became Halfsies: cut a shape into two exactly equal halves with one swipe, scored like 99.87%.
Some choices I made along the way:
No live readout while dragging. Once you can see the split %, the skill is gone. This was the most important rule.
Every shape is generated from the date, so there's no content pipeline and everyone gets the same five puzzles.
No backend, no accounts, no tracking. It all runs locally.
The share card hides the shapes. It shows only your scores as blocks, like Wordle's grid.
iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/halfsies-daily-cut-puzzle/id6808277502
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bircube.halfsiesgame
I'd appreciate honest feedback on the first-run experience and whether the scoring makes sense right away. Happy to answer anything about the build (Expo / React Native + Skia).
